Shelly Fields Gardner is President of The World Beach Body Federation. This concept was originally created by Ed & Betty Pariso after they decided to leave the NPC in 2024. Shelly was born in Trinidad and moved to the United States as a young woman and fell in love with fitness, bodybuilding and living a healthy lifestyle. After living on both the east and west coast, Shelly finally settled in central Virginia, near Richmond. Shelly has one son, Travis, and is happily married to her husband, Thomas. Shelly is available for online training for anyone interested in getting healthier up to bodybuilders who need a trainer for an upcoming competition. Shelly competed in the NPC (National Physique Committee) for over 20 years winning numerous championships across the United States.
